Due to the current market downturn and the outcomes of Chain Parameter Voting Rounds 14 and 15, the PoW block reward and PoS base rate were increased, leading to inflationary pressure from April 12 to August 10, 2025.
In response to community concerns about CFX inflation, and to help stabilize confidence and strengthen ecosystem cohesion, the Conflux Foundation proposes initiating a new round of CFX burning and staking to reduce the PoS APR.
This vote will decide whether to proceed with the plan. If approved, the Conflux Foundation will carry out the burn promptly, with on-chain records and full details to be published upon completion.
Proposal Summary:
Total Burn Amount: 76,000,000 CFX from the Conflux Ecosystem Fund will be burned, covering the estimated CFX issuance resulting from the network parameter adjustments over the four-month period (PoW: ~33M CFX; PoS: ~43M CFX).
Lower PoS APR: 500,000,000 CFX from the Conflux Ecosystem Fund will be staked until the next parameter update (Chain Parameter Voting Round 16) takes effect, aiming to reduce the PoS APR from 18.2% to approximately 13.38%.

提案说明
本次 Conflux 生态基金销毁总量为 76,000,000 枚 CFX，这将覆盖自网络参数调整 CFX 产出率生效后，至下一次网络参数调整生效前，约四个月内 Conflux 全网的 CFX 增发量，其中 POW 产出约 3300 万 CFX，POS 产出按照 4300 万 CFX 估算。
此外，Conflux 生态基金将增加 500,000,000 枚 CFX 参与 POS 质押，至下一次网络参数调整生效。预计可将年化收益率（APR）从当前的 18.2% 降低至 13.38%。
