Upgrade Details:

Incompatible Changes

CIP-90:https://github.com/Conflux-Chain/CIPs/blob/master/CIPs/cip-90.md
Add configuration jsonrpc_http_eth_port and jsonrpc_ws_eth_port to set eth-space RPC endpoint ports.

To PoW node operators and miners:

If you upgrade your node before Epoch Number reaches 61465000 or Block Number reaches 77340000 (around 14:00 Jan.27th, 2022 (GMT+8)), replace conflux.exe with the new one in Conflux v2.0.0-3-testnet, then restart the fullnode.

If you upgrade your node after Epoch Number reaches 61465000 or Block Number reaches 77340000 (around 14:00 Jan.27th, 2022 (GMT+8)), you need to delete all data and restart the node.

If you start a new node after Epoch Number reaches 61465000 or Block Number reaches 77340000 (around 14:00 Jan.27th, 2022 (GMT+8)), you can download the latest version of Conflux v2.0.0-3-testnet and run it.

Note: Please complete the restart as soon as possible; otherwise, you need to wait 7 days for the unlock and then re-stake.

If you upgrade your node after Epoch Number reaches 61465000 or Block Number reaches 77340000 (around 14:00 Jan.27th, 2022 (GMT+8)), you need to delete all data and restart the node.

What will happen if I do not upgrade the nodes or refuse to upgrade?

If the Conflux node is not upgraded to the latest version, the node will be incompatible with the upgraded Conflux protocol and cannot interact with the latest Conflux testnet as expected (functions like synchronizing blocks, mining, etc might be disabled).

To users

The upgrade will not affect the normal use of the Conflux testnet.

Thanks for your support!
