Cross Chain Pending Status

Halo, does anyone know how to solve this, it’s been 2 days since cross chain from Conflux to BSC, from Fluent to Metamask

If i’m looking from Confluxscan, status was success but destination was to contract address, not my metamask address

Normally, it’s only minutes to Claim, but not this.
Anyone can help me with this situation.

i use binance now, so from fluent send CFX direct to CFX Address in Binance. Swap into USDT and the transfer it to my local Wallet
