Deposit to Binance lost

I tried to deposit my CFX to binance wallet, sadly the assets are now in limbo. Is there a way someone could help in this matter?

It’s sad to hear about your lost.

Currently binance only supports the BEP20 protocol, I suggest you contact the official binance customer service.
And conflux official is somewhat incompetent.

Hi Sebastian, could you please provide more details? Did you send CFX to your Binance wallet directly from Conflux Portal or through ShuttleFlow? If the deposit happened on BSC, I suggest you contact the Binance tech support team.
