ThirdFi is building DeFi infra-middleware that makes DeFi more accessible with API. Build, trade, invest and manage DeFi apps easily with ThirdFi’s API, sdk and developer tools

Currently live on 11 L1/L2 chains: Arbitrum, Avalanche, BNB, Ethereum, Polygon,Optimism, KCC, OKC, Cronos, Conflux and Nautilus Chain. ThirdFi helps developers, fintech, and tradFi to build, invest & manage their DeFi with simplicity & dev-friendly tools using all-in-1 API integration.

Our vision is to lead in the DeFi infrastructure market by prioritizing innovation and to accelerate the next billion people to web3 finance. Making DeFi accessible by building “picks and shovels”.

We have been building on DeFi since 2021, previously built DAOventures, DeFi ETF Index Fund platform for fund managers and crypto investors. Before that, we had built various projects, such as crypto data analytics, yield aggregator, NFT borrow and lending platforms.

ThirdFi provides a scalable and interoperable interface between different infrastructure protocols for DeFi with our API solutions. ThirdFi API works as a middleware between any dapp you are building with various multi-chain DeFi protocols and blockchain networks.

GROWTH PROPOSAL

  • To host BUIDL FEST (hackathon event) with Conflux
  • To host Community workshops, AMAs
  • Joint marketing campaigns to increase user sign up and engagement
  • Collaborate / build on other Conflux ecosystem projects

OKR : 9,000 - 15,000 users to Conflux ecosystem and swap token using Swappi

Milestone 1: Co-host IRL developer community events with partners in Q3 2023
Requested funding: $5k
Initiative:

  • To host IRL developers hackathon/ meetup in South East Asia
  • To host developers workshop with partners (Online & IRL)

Milestone 2: Co-host hackathon and BUIDL FEST in Q3 2023
Requested funding: $10k
Initiative:

  • To co-host hackathon and BUIDL FEST with Conflux in South East Asia in conjunction with key blockchain conference
  • To host side developers community events during key conference in SEA in Q3 2023

  1. How many participants do you expect at the community events, hackathons, and BUIDL FEST?

This will depend on the scale of the events and how many partners we can get on board to support the events. We are expecting to have 50-100 participants for each event.

For the BUIDL FEST, we are planning to reach out to the most partners we have. Below listed our community partners and we are expanding the list while we grow:

Extensive developer & community partners with 200k+ network: Chainlink BUILD, LearnWeb3Dao, SheFi, BuidlerDao, Cointime Global, Talent @Web3, SparkLearn, CrossSpace & more.

  1. Hackathons are a great way to find developers ready to build or support projects. Do you have any plan for post event engagement and to support projects building with ThirdFi & Conflux?

We can further incubate the projects by providing both technical support and marketing/ community support after the hackathons.
