The Hydra hard fork upgrade began as scheduled at epoch number 36935000, at around 3pm on February 21st . At the time of the upgrade, a large portion of miners have not yet upgraded their nodes to the new v2 version. As expected, this resulted in a fork with the v1 and v2 versions. At around 5am (GMT+8) on February 22nd, the timer chain mechanism of the Conflux protocol selected a very old pivot block. The state associated with this block is not available on full nodes and this led them to crash. Your funds are not at risk, we are working on resolving this issue.
The network hashrate is not stable yet, but we have things under control.
