hydragon pos pool withdrawal problem (after unstake period)

I unstake my coins in the hydragon pos pool, i waited 7+7 days, i waited again 7+7 days after the update of hydra, my coin are Withdrawable as you can see, but when i clic on the button nothing happen …

Someone from hydragon can bring help please ?

Maybe there are some problem happened on sync profit from Core to eSpace, you need to contact the teams to check the sync status.
