We are requesting a total of $6,000 in funding, plus $1,500 for token distribution incentives, to support mainnet deployment, continuous development, community engagement, and long-term sustainability.

The budget is structured to ensure a rapid transition to mainnet, an aggressive six-month growth phase, and a long-term goal of making FluxPad self-sustaining through revenue reinvestment.

FluxPad will maintain continuous development based on user feedback, evolving needs, and emerging opportunities within the Conflux ecosystem. After the six-month adoption phase, the project will begin self-funding development and marketing, ensuring long-term sustainability.

To ensure robust community involvement and widespread adoption, FluxPad will actively engage users through the following initiatives:

  • Telegram & Discord engagement through moderation, Q&A sessions, and community events.

As FluxPad achieves financial sustainability, we plan to invest in a third-party smart contract audit for added security assurance.

6 – Long-Term Roadmap & Self-Sufficiency
FluxPad is designed to become fully self-sustaining within 6-12 months, ensuring long-term development and ecosystem growth without relying on additional grants. To achieve this, FluxPad will implement AI-powered premium services, a fee-sharing model, and community-driven investment initiatives.

AI-Powered Premium Services
As the platform evolves, FluxPad will introduce advanced AI-driven services that cater to projects launching within the ecosystem, offering:

  • Trading Contract Creation with AI: Projects will be able to generate smart trading contracts powered by AI-driven strategies, automating token mechanics, liquidity management, and market-making strategies.
  • KYC & Audit Services: FluxPad will integrate on-chain identity verification and smart contract audits, helping new projects establish trust and compliance within the ecosystem.
  • Project Development & Presale Features: Teams launching on FluxPad will have access to development services (contract development, frontend, backend) and the ability to host presales directly on the platform.
  • Fee-Sharing Model & Community-Driven Investment
  • FluxPad will implement a fee-sharing model, where revenue generated from premium AI services, presale hosting, and audits will be reinvested into platform development and marketing.

Beyond reinvestment in FluxPad’s growth, a community-led investment fund will be established, where a portion of the platform’s revenue will be allocated to fund new projects launching on Conflux. Through on-chain governance voting, the community will decide how these funds are distributed, allowing for decentralized funding of promising new ventures.

Thanks for your Fluxpad proposals. There are a few points in the current proposal that I think should be reconsidered:

  • Typically the Foundation’s preference is not to allocate funds for testnet deployments. We encourage projects to focus on mainnet deployment as part of their initial milestone.
  • We also tend to prioritize directing the majority of grant allocations towards activities that drive direct growth (i.e.: incentives, marketing, campaigns, community growth) or building, rather than adaptation.
  • Include a detailed list of growth milestones with a separate clear budget breakdown. For each milestone, provide a specific budget linked to its KPIs, where KPIs are the conditions at which the funds are released. Focus on when the funds will be released, and separately outline a budget breakdown, how the grant is going to be used. (Note: The Foundation releases funds only after milestone and KPI completion.) This will aid in tracking progress and clarifying grant requirements.
  • Include targeted KPIs for each milestone and the expected outcomes, covering both performance-based metrics (e.g., number of token launches, TVL, unique wallet addresses, transaction numbers, partner integrations, etc) and user growth KPIs (e.g., social metrics such as: X followers, Telegram users, AMAs and user campaigns, etc).
