In the current digital landscape, personal information is dispersed across numerous platforms, making it challenging to aggregate and verify meaningful insights about individuals. Traditional search engines and data aggregation tools often fall short in providing authentic, actionable intelligence. 
WhiteBridge Network will address this challenge by integrating multiple global data sources into a unified people-data search engine and intelligence layer. This decentralized infrastructure, powered by AI Agents, transforms fragmented online data into structured, verified digital identities, facilitating applications like reputation management, digital footprint analysis, background checks, and compliance monitoring
Alignment of the project with the Conflux Network
By deploying on Conflux, WhiteBridge Network would leverage the network’s high throughput and low transaction fees to offer scalable and efficient AI-powered identity verification services. This integration encourages more developers to build on Conflux, expanding its ecosystem with applications focused on decentralized identity and data verification. The introduction of WhiteBridge’s services on Conflux is expected to increase on-chain transactions and asset utilization, as the dAPP will have users constantly interacting with AI Agents for various services that will contribute to higher network activity, consequently driving economic growth within the Conflux ecosystem.

Feasibility
We are positioned for high feasibility across technological, market, and regulatory dimensions. Technologically, the system could integrate proprietary AI agents on Conflux’s eSpace infrastructure, ensuring fast and cost-effective processing of large volumes of identity data. From a market perspective, the growing need for verifiable, privacy-preserving digital identities - particularly in web3 - provides strong demand (as per our current traction). Regulatory feasibility is also a key strength: we have incorporated in Lithuania and are actively working with the Bank of Lithuania to ensure full MICA compliance, positioning it as one of the first Web3 projects in the region aligned with EU crypto regulations. Additionally, we are fully GDPR-compliant, with robust privacy controls baked into the platform’s architecture, ensuring ethical data handling across our products.
Success criteria
As outlined in the previous sections, WhiteBridge Network aims to deliver a decentralized, AI-driven identity verification system that meets both regulatory and performance standards. Success will be measured by the platform’s ability to maintain real-time verification speeds, comply with GDPR and MICA regulations, and demonstrate meaningful traction through on-chain activity, API usage, and ecosystem adoption. Key deliverables include live deployment on Conflux eSpace, the issuance of verifiable identity tokens, and measurable engagement from initial enterprise and developer users within the first six months.

Tomas Martūnas (COO & Co-founder) – A seasoned entrepreneur and investor with decades of experience, Tomas was a partner of multiple regulated VC funds focused on Web2 and Web3. LP in Pantera Capital, Animoca Ventures, Psalion, Kartesia, Iron Wolf Capital, Firstpick. His track record includes founding startups with multiple successful exits. He previously served as a director at Swedbank for Corporate Lending and Business Development. Was on the board of Baltic’s largest e-commerce platform Pigu Group (250M+ $ in Sales), Web3 - Mars4 and other investment via Zencapital.vc.
Paulius Taraškevičius (CEO & Co-founder) – Previously at Smartproxy, Oxylabs, and Tesonet (Lithuanian Unicorn), Paulius has deep expertise in R&D, project/team management, and scaling businesses. He built white label businesses from $0 to $100K/month and has been entrepreneurial since the age of 12, launching his first gaming venture.
Irmantas Motiejūnas (CTO & Co-founder) – A software engineer with experience at Google, YouTube and Microsoft, Irmantas has developed and launched high-impact products. Notably, he solo-launched a fully automated software product that now generates over $7M GMV.
