Problem Statement and Proposed Solution:
The Conflux ecosystem faces barriers to user adoption due to limited access to secure and user-friendly wallets that cater to both eSpace and Core chains. Existing solutions often require expensive hardware wallets or lack comprehensive features like seamless dApp interaction, staking support, and offline transaction signing. This creates friction for users, limits token utility, and hinders broader participation in the ecosystem, especially in regions with restricted access to advanced tools.
Proposed Solution
AirGap offers a robust, cost-effective solution by turning any smartphone into a secure cold wallet. AirGap consists of Wallet (hot wallet for transactions) and Vault (cold wallet for offline signing). Vault can also be used as a standalone solution with MetaMask for enhanced security.
Through this integration, AirGap will support native eSpace CFX token management, custom ERC-20 tokens, and dApp interactions via MetaMask and WalletConnect. With features like offline signing, enhanced security options, and staking support through eSpace dApps, AirGap will provide Conflux users with an all-in-one solution. This will drive higher transaction volumes, boost token utility, and attract more users and developers to the Conflux ecosystem.
The purpose of integrating AirGap with Conflux is to provide a secure, accessible, and feature-rich self-custody solution that enhances user confidence and streamlines interactions within the Conflux ecosystem.
