Integration Grants Application '25 : nodes.garden

Application Introduction

  1. Project Name
    nodes.garden

  2. Problem Statement
Running blockchain nodes remains a highly technical and resource-intensive process, preventing many users, DAOs, and developers from participating in network operations. This leads to lower decentralization, unused potential in staking and infrastructure, and limits ecosystem growth.
    Proposed Solution:
nodes.garden is a subscription-based Node-as-a-Service platform that allows anyone to deploy, monitor, and manage blockchain nodes in one click. We aim to bring this system fully on-chain on Conflux, where each node subscription will be tokenized as an NFT, enabling transparent ownership, on-chain payments, renewals, and secondary trading.

  3. Alignment with Conflux Network
By leveraging Conflux eSpace’s EVM compatibility and scalability, nodes.garden will integrate on-chain payments in CFX, mint NFT-bound nodes, and create continuous transaction flows that strengthen ecosystem utility.

Benefits to Conflux Ecosystem
Our platform will entice more developers by:
• Simplifying infrastructure setup — no DevOps required.
• Offering developer tooling (SDKs, APIs) to easily integrate on-chain node access.
• Creating new composable primitives for other Conflux dApps (via NFTs).
• Onboarding new users and DAOs who can deploy infra directly on Conflux.

Economic Benefit
The model introduces continuous on-chain activity:
• Payments and renewals in CFX
• NFT minting for each node
• Secondary market trades
This will increase transaction volume, boost CFX utility, and grow TVL from subscription deposits and marketplace activity. As adoption scales, nodes.garden will drive thousands of recurring transactions and new wallet activations on Conflux.

  1. Competitive Edge
Unlike traditional node providers, nodes.garden merges infra + ownership through NFT tokenization, unlocking liquidity, transparency, and secondary markets — a unique financial primitive for Conflux.

Technical Introduction

Functional Goals:
• Enable on-chain payments in CFX for node subscriptions
• Mint NFTs representing ownership and access rights
• Create a marketplace for NFT nodes
• Provide monitoring dashboards and lifecycle management tools

Existing Solutions:
Direct competitors include EasyNode, Mintair, and RapidNode, but nodes.garden outperforms them in pricing, user experience, and the breadth of supported projects. Unlike these solutions, nodes.garden is moving fully on-chain, introducing NFT-bound ownership and automated subscriptions, features that none of the competitors currently provide.
Scope & Objectives:
Deliver a composable on-chain infrastructure layer for Conflux that increases network activity, lowers barriers, and drives adoption.
Success Metrics: 1,000+ active wallets, 3,000+ on-chain txns in 3 months, and new user inflow.

Technical proposal

Functional Overview
nodes.garden is a subscription-based Node-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform that simplifies node deployment, management, and monitoring. The Conflux integration will bring the system fully on-chain, introducing smart contract-based subscription payments, NFT-bound ownership, automated lifecycle management (minting, renewal, expiration), and a marketplace for trading NFT-bound nodes. Core components include smart contracts for subscription logic and payments, backend orchestration that connects on-chain logic with infrastructure management, and a user-facing dashboard with wallet login, analytics, and marketplace functionality. Together, these modules transform node infrastructure into composable, tradable digital assets. All smart contracts will be open-sourced under the MIT License, with NFTs representing digital access rights rather than securities. Nodes.garden Inc. is registered in Delaware (Reg. No. 10093056), ensuring legal compliance and transparency.

Non-Functional Overview
The platform prioritizes usability through one-click deployment, intuitive interfaces, and seamless wallet integration, enabling both technical and non-technical users to participate. Reliability is achieved via redundant infrastructure, automated monitoring, failover mechanisms, and audited smart contracts for enhanced security. Performance is optimized for low-gas transactions on Conflux eSpace, supported by a scalable backend using Docker/Kubernetes. Implementation leverages Solidity for smart contracts, React for the frontend, and Node.js with Conflux SDK for on-chain interactions. The user interface features a unified dashboard for node management, NFT ownership tracking, subscription renewals, and a marketplace for NFT trading. This combination ensures a robust, accessible, and transparent experience while fostering continuous on-chain activity and ecosystem growth.
