Introduction

Neev Labs is pleased to submit this grant proposal to the Conflux Network for the development of a pioneering asset tokenisation platform. This platform, tentatively named RealMint, aims to unlock the vast potential of Real World Asset (RWA) tokenisation within the Conflux ecosystem, fostering a new era of liquidity and accessibility for various asset classes.

Name of the Project: RealMint - Asset Tokenization Platform

Problem Statement and Proposed Solution

While the Conflux Network boasts robust infrastructure, high throughput, and low transaction costs, the ecosystem currently lacks a comprehensive, compliant, and user-friendly platform dedicated to the primary issuance and lifecycle management of tokenised real-world assets. This absence presents a significant barrier to entry for traditional institutions and asset owners seeking to leverage blockchain technology for fractional ownership, enhanced liquidity, and streamlined fundraising.
The proposed RealMint will directly address this gap by providing an end-to-end solution for asset tokenization on the Conflux Network. It will serve as a primary marketplace, facilitating the compliant issuance of security tokens (ERC-3643 standard) representing diverse asset classes such as real estate and equity. The platform will integrate robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) protocols, comprehensive smart contract functionalities for token management, and intuitive interfaces for both issuers and investors. Our solution will empower a broader range of participants to engage with tokenized assets, driving significant on-chain activity and attracting new capital to Conflux.

Alignment of the Project with the Conflux Network
RealMint is strategically aligned with Conflux Network’s vision of building a vibrant and inclusive Web3 ecosystem. By providing a secure and efficient framework for RWA tokenization, the platform will:
Expand Conflux’s Utility: Introduce a critical financial primitive to the network, enabling a wider array of real-world use cases beyond traditional DeFi.

  • Attract Institutional Adoption: Offer a compliant and enterprise-grade solution that appeals to institutions and accredited investors, onboarding significant capital and complex financial instruments onto Conflux.
  • Showcase Conflux’s Capabilities: Highlight Conflux’s technical strengths, including its high performance (TPS), low fees, and robust security, as the ideal foundation for demanding financial applications.
  • Foster Ecosystem Growth: Serve as a foundational layer for other DeFi protocols and dApps to build upon, creating a synergistic environment for innovation within the Conflux ecosystem.

Benefit to the Conflux Ecosystem

  • Entice More Developers: The availability of a production-ready, ERC-3643 compliant tokenization platform will serve as a powerful proof of concept and a foundational building block. Developers will be inspired to build secondary markets, lending protocols, and other financial instruments atop these tokenized assets, stimulating further innovation and dApp development on Conflux.
  • Increase Assets and Transactions On-Chain: RealMint will directly facilitate the issuance of new, high-value digital assets on Conflux. Each tokenized offering will represent a significant influx of value. The associated primary market transactions (minting, subscriptions, transfers, dividend distributions) will substantially increase transaction volume and network utility, solidifying Conflux’s position as a hub for real-world finance.

Competitive Edge
RealMint differentiates itself through its comprehensive feature set, adherence to regulatory standards (ERC-3643), and a deliberate focus on the Conflux Network. While other tokenization platforms exist, few offer the robust primary market functionalities, combined with extensive KYC/KYB workflows and detailed asset management features, all optimized for Conflux’s unique architecture. Our competitive edge lies in:
