Integration Grants Application '26: Howard AI

Howard AI × Conflux Network Ecosystem Grant Proposal

Building the AI Operating System for Web3 Innovation

Grant Category: AI Infrastructure • Developer Tooling • Startup Incubation • Enterprise Adoption

Funding Request: $120,000

Timeline: 6 Months

Project Overview

Howard AI is an AI-powered Web3 incubation platform that transforms ideas into scalable, investment-ready blockchain projects. Through a network of specialized AI agents, Howard AI automates due diligence, tokenomics design, fundraising, compliance, governance, exchange readiness, and ecosystem growth.

By integrating with Conflux, Howard AI will create a continuous pipeline of founders, developers, enterprises, and investors building directly on the network, accelerating adoption while increasing on-chain activity and ecosystem growth.

Why Howard AI for Conflux?

Conflux has built a powerful Layer-1 blockchain with the infrastructure needed for global adoption. Howard AI complements this by becoming the intelligence layer that helps founders successfully launch on Conflux.

Instead of funding a single dApp, Conflux will invest in AI infrastructure capable of continuously creating new startups, new developers, new users, and new economic activity.

Howard AI will help Conflux:

Incubate and launch high-quality startups
Attract developers through AI-powered tooling
Accelerate enterprise tokenization
Become a leading blockchain for AI-native applications
Increase smart contract deployments and on-chain transactions
Expand ecosystem adoption across emerging markets

Why Conflux Should Fund Howard AI

Howard AI is more than an AI platform; it is an ecosystem growth engine.

Every startup incubated, every developer onboarded, every enterprise tokenized, and every project launched strengthens the Conflux ecosystem with new users, new applications, new transactions, and long-term network value.

By partnering with Howard AI, Conflux is investing in infrastructure that continuously creates builders rather than simply funding individual projects. Together, we can establish Conflux as a leading destination for AI-powered Web3 innovation, enterprise adoption, and next-generation decentralized applications.

Dear Howard AI Team,

Thanks for submitting your application, and apologies for the slightly delayed response. A few things I need before this can move forward for review:

  1. Conflux eSpace grant recipient wallet address — this wasn’t included in the application.
  2. Are you an incorporated startup? This wasn’t answered.
  3. Budget breakdown — could you provide a per-milestone dollar allocation across your 3 phases? The current proposal lists deliverables and KPIs per phase but no cost breakdown for how the $120,000 is split.
  4. This is a significantly larger request than what we typically fund through the Integration Grants program. Could you help me understand why this fits that structure specifically, rather than a partnership or investment conversation — particularly given your existing $700K+ in venture backing?
  5. Your token contract appears to be deployed on BSC. Could you clarify how Howard AI’s Conflux integration relates to your existing token/product, and specifically what would be built or deployed on Conflux with this grant?

Happy to discuss further once I have these details.

Best regards,
Máté

  1. Why an Integration Grant?

While Howard AI has invested over $700,000, this represents the total capital invested throughout the project’s development; not capital currently available. The funding came from a combination of strategic investors and significant self-funding by the founding team, and has been used to build our AI platform, smart contracts, infrastructure, and grow our community to over 390,000 X followers and 19,000 Telegram members

The remaining capital has been intentionally reserved for our token launch, including exchange listings and market-making when market conditions improve, while we continue investing in core infrastructure and UI/UX development. Rather than diverting these remaining resources toward ecosystem-specific integrations, we are working with leading blockchain foundations like Conflux to build native integrations that create long-term value for both Howard AI and their ecosystems.

We believe Howard AI can become a significant onboarding engine for Conflux by bringing founders, developers, and startups onto the network. That said, we are also open to discussing a phased grant, strategic partnership, or another funding structure if that better aligns with Conflux’s grant program.

With this grant we will:

Deploy native Howard AI smart contracts on Conflux eSpace.
Integrate our AI agents with Conflux smart contracts.
Enable founders to launch and manage projects natively on Conflux.
Build AI-powered governance and incubation workflows.
Onboard startups and developers, increasing smart contract deployments and on-chain activity across the Conflux ecosystem.

Regarding $HHA, deploying a portion of the token supply on Conflux is not our immediate priority. We are currently focused on delivering a high-quality product integration while closely monitoring market conditions and liquidity across ecosystems. As we approach our token listing and market conditions improve, we will evaluate expanding $HHA to additional networks, including Conflux, based on ecosystem liquidity, user demand, and long-term strategic value. We believe it is more important to first establish genuine utility and adoption within the Conflux ecosystem before considering a multi-chain token deployment.

We appreciate your time and consideration, and we’re happy to provide any additional information that would be helpful during your review. We look forward to the opportunity to work with the Conflux team.
