Integration Grants Application '26 — Native Campaign Activation Infrastructure for Conflux
Project: CONFLUX ARENA
Tier: 3
Requested Amount: $50,000
Duration: 6 months
Grant Recipient Wallet: 0x047f9d123d7ac201e1898316f22d9705c45d4024 (Conflux eSpace)
1. Executive Summary
Zealy, Galxe, and Layer3 cannot verify DeFi actions on Conflux. They can track follows and retweets — but they cannot confirm whether a user actually swapped USDT0 on Swappi, provided liquidity, staked tokens, or bridged assets to Conflux eSpace. Every “DeFi quest” on these platforms is a manual, trust-based checkbox.
Conflux Arena is a native campaign engine that automatically verifies on-chain DeFi activity across the Conflux eSpace ecosystem — swaps, LP positions, staking, bridging, token holding — and turns that into structured, measurable campaigns.
How it works:
- Conflux Foundation (or any ecosystem project) creates a campaign
- Users complete social quests (follow, retweet, join TG) → acquisition
- Users complete on-chain quests (bridge USDT0, swap, LP, stake) → activation
- Arena verifies every action automatically on-chain
- Foundation sees full analytics: completions, drop-offs, TVL generated
Social actions bring awareness. On-chain actions convert that into real activity. Arena does both — the full funnel. Zealy, Galxe, and Layer3 only cover the first half.
Even a bounty hunter on Arena has to actually bridge USDT0, swap on Swappi, and provide liquidity to get rewarded. On Zealy, Galxe, or Layer3, the same person just clicks “follow” and never touches Conflux.
Current status: Fully deployed on eSpace Mainnet. 714 unique wallets, 1,293 quest completions — all organic, zero marketing.
Grant request: $50,000 to scale infrastructure, run USDT0/AxCNH adoption campaigns, and onboard ecosystem projects.
2. The Problem
Conflux Foundation has allocated a 500 million CFX PayFi ecosystem fund (source) to drive USDT0 and AxCNH adoption.
But there is no native tool to:
- Run campaigns that verify real on-chain DeFi actions on Conflux
- Measure whether incentives actually translate into swaps, LP, staking, bridging
- Track which campaign drove the most TVL or bridge transactions
- Distinguish real DeFi participants from airdrop farmers
- Distribute rewards based on verified on-chain activity
External platforms don’t solve this:

Every other major L1/L2 has native campaign tools. Conflux doesn’t. Arena fills this gap.
| Network | Native Campaign Infrastructure |
|---|---|
| Arbitrum | Galxe campaigns with native verification |
| Optimism | Quest platforms + RetroPGF |
| Base | Coinbase quests, Onchain Summer |
| zkSync | Native campaign tools |
| Conflux | None → Arena |
3. The Solution: Campaign Engine with On-Chain Verification
How a Campaign Works on Arena
Example: USDT0 Adoption Campaign
| Step | Quest | Verification |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Follow Conflux Network on X | Automatic — X API |
| 2 | Join Conflux Telegram | Automatic — Telegram Bot |
| 3 | Bridge USDT0 to Conflux | Automatic — bridge tx on-chain |
| 4 | Swap USDT0/CFX on Swappi | Automatic — DEX event logs |
| 5 | Provide liquidity to USDT0/CFX pool | Automatic — LP balance on-chain |
| 6 | Hold LP position for 7 days | Automatic — Diamond Hands
|
Every step verified. Zero manual work. Full analytics: how many users completed each step, where they dropped off, total TVL generated.
Cost of this campaign on Galxe: $3,000+ | Layer3: $5,000+
Cost on Arena: $0

Fully Parameterized — Any Conflux Project in Minutes
Arena doesn’t require custom development for new projects:
- New ERC-20 token → specify contract address → balance/holding quests live
- New LP pool → specify pair address → LP verification live
- New NFT collection → specify ERC-721 address → holding quests live
- New DEX (Uniswap V2 compatible) → automatic event parsing
This means any new project joining Conflux — including RWA tokens — can have verified campaigns running the same day.
Campaign Management Features
- Unlimited simultaneous campaigns (Zealy/Galxe/Layer3 charge $500–$5K/month for this)
- Bonus mechanics: XP multiplier, completion bonus, minimum quests threshold
- Per-campaign leaderboard and analytics
- Retention & funnel analysis (D7/D30)
- Token gating (8 types)
- Anti-fraud system (8 signal types)
- Batch reward distribution in any eSpace ERC-20 token (USDT0, AxCNH, CFX, and any other) via smart contract
- Gas sponsorship for new users (first on-chain transaction)
- Webhooks & API keys for integrations
4. Primary Use Case: Conflux Foundation’s Activation Layer
Arena is positioned as Conflux Foundation’s native tool for ecosystem-wide campaigns:
| Foundation Initiative | How Arena Supports It |
|---|---|
| USDT0 adoption | Bridge → Swap → LP campaigns with full on-chain verification |
| AxCNH rollout | Token holding quests, LP incentives, educational campaigns |
| PayFi fund distribution | Verified on-chain actions → automated reward distribution |
| New project launches | Parameterized quests live same day — any contract address |
| Cross-chain bridging programs | Bridge verification + post-bridge DeFi activity tracking |
| KOL campaigns | Referral tracking — measure which KOL drove real on-chain activity |
| Event activation (ETH Denver, etc.) | QR → wallet → on-chain quest journey in minutes |
Individual ecosystem projects benefit by being included in Foundation-led campaigns without running their own. Those that want to run independent campaigns can do so for free.

14. Summary
One problem: Conflux has no native tool that verifies on-chain DeFi activity for campaigns. Zealy, Galxe, and Layer3 cannot do this.
One solution: Arena — a free, native campaign engine with automatic on-chain verification. Social quests for acquisition, DeFi quests for activation. The full funnel.
Primary use case: Conflux Foundation’s activation infrastructure for USDT0/AxCNH adoption and ecosystem growth campaigns.
What’s built: 515 files, 206K LOC, 5 smart contracts on mainnet, 35 quest verifiers (12 DeFi types). Fully deployed. 714 organic users.
What the grant funds: Infrastructure scaling, campaign execution, and ecosystem project onboarding. No development needed.
Arena is the missing activation layer between Conflux’s incentives and measurable on-chain adoption.
