KazePay x Conflux eSpace Stablecoin Payment Integration

Project Overview

KazePay is a Web3 payment infrastructure project focused on bridging on-chain assets with real-world financial utility. Through products and infrastructure related to crypto cards, cross-border payments, crypto-to-fiat conversion, and Web3 payment tooling, KazePay helps users and partners move digital assets into practical spending scenarios.

Through this grant, KazePay proposes to integrate Conflux eSpace as a supported blockchain funding rail within its payment infrastructure. This will allow supported assets on Conflux eSpace to be used for wallet-to-card funding and related real-world payment flows, creating a direct bridge between on-chain liquidity and consumer payment utility.

KazePay has been operating for approximately four years and has built real-world experience in payment infrastructure, digital asset utility, and cross-border financial use cases. This gives the project a strong execution foundation for delivering a production-oriented Conflux integration rather than a purely experimental proof of concept.

Problem Statement

Within many blockchain ecosystems, including technically strong networks, there is often a utility gap between holding assets on-chain and actually using those assets in real-world financial scenarios. Users may be able to trade, bridge, or hold assets, but they still lack efficient infrastructure to convert ecosystem activity into practical, repeatable spending behavior.

For Conflux, this creates a strong opportunity. While Conflux eSpace is technically well-suited for payment infrastructure due to its EVM compatibility and developer accessibility, there remains room for more real-world payment integrations that can turn ecosystem participation into everyday utility.

Proposed Solution

KazePay will integrate Conflux eSpace into its payment infrastructure as a supported chain for funding payment products. The initial implementation will focus on enabling supported Conflux-based assets to flow into KazePay’s infrastructure and be used in real-world spend scenarios, including card-related funding use cases.

This solution addresses a practical need in the Conflux ecosystem by:
• turning on-chain assets into usable payment value,
• increasing recurring transaction behavior beyond speculative trading,
• creating a reference point for additional PayFi and consumer-finance applications to build on Conflux,
• and demonstrating how Conflux can serve as a rail for real-world financial activity.

Alignment with Conflux Network

This project is strongly aligned with the Conflux vision because it focuses on practical blockchain adoption rather than purely speculative use cases. KazePay’s emphasis on stablecoin utility, cross-border payments, and real-world digital asset spending fits naturally with a network seeking to expand ecosystem usability and transaction activity.

Rather than building another isolated wallet or trading interface, KazePay is building the last-mile utility layer that helps convert ecosystem participation into real financial usage.

Benefit to the Conflux Ecosystem

This integration will benefit the Conflux ecosystem in several important ways:
• It introduces a practical PayFi use case for Conflux eSpace.
• It expands the real-world utility of assets held on Conflux.
• It creates stronger conditions for recurring on-chain transactions driven by funding and spending behavior.
• It demonstrates that Conflux can support production-oriented payment infrastructure, not only DeFi and trading applications.
• It provides a live infrastructure example that can attract more builders interested in payment products, embedded finance, stablecoin utility, wallet services, and merchant-facing tools.

Economic Benefit

The economic impact of this integration is expected to include:
• growth in on-chain funding volume routed through Conflux eSpace,
• increased transaction count from top-ups and recurring user activity,
• more retained liquidity and asset movement on-chain,
• and stronger ecosystem credibility around real-world utility.

Unlike one-off campaigns, payment infrastructure can generate recurring user behavior over time, making it a stronger long-term source of transaction activity.

Competitive Edge

KazePay’s competitive edge is that it is not simply another wallet or DeFi frontend. It is focused on production-oriented payment infrastructure that connects digital assets with real-world spending.

Its differentiators include:
• practical payment and card-linked use cases,
• real consumer and partner utility,
• multi-rail payment infrastructure thinking,
• ecosystem expansion potential beyond a single campaign,
• and a clear path from on-chain assets to real-world spend behavior.

Technical Introduction

Functional Goals

The functional goal of this system is to enable Conflux eSpace to become a supported funding rail within KazePay’s payment infrastructure, allowing users and partners to fund payment products with supported on-chain assets from Conflux and convert those assets into real-world payment utility.

Background and Reason for Development

The project is being developed because blockchain adoption still faces a major infrastructure gap: users can hold digital assets, but many ecosystems still do not provide mature pathways for those assets to be used in daily spending flows.

KazePay is addressing this gap by building a payment utility layer that connects on-chain asset flows to actual user spending behavior. This is especially relevant for stablecoins and payment-focused users, where accessibility, usability, and recurring transactions matter more than isolated DeFi interactions.

Existing Solutions and Feasibility Study

Most existing solutions in the market fall into one of three categories:
1. wallets that support asset storage and transfer but do not create real payment utility,
2. conversion tools that stop at on-ramp or off-ramp without enabling ongoing spending,
3. or payment products that are not well integrated with emerging blockchain ecosystems.

KazePay’s proposed solution is feasible because:
• it already operates in crypto payment and card-related infrastructure,
• the team has practical experience in cross-border payment and digital asset use cases,
• the scope of this grant focuses on a realistic integration milestone rather than a full ecosystem rebuild,
• and the project can be implemented in a modular way and measured through concrete milestones over a 12-month period.

Purpose of the System

The purpose of the system is to create a production-ready payment utility layer on top of Conflux eSpace, enabling supported on-chain assets to flow into real financial use cases and increasing the practical value of participation in the Conflux ecosystem.

Total Budget

Grant Size Requested

50,000 USDT0 + 15,000 USDT0 equivalent in CFX-denominated ecosystem incentive support

Additional Matching Incentive Commitment
In addition to the requested grant, KazePay is prepared to deploy an additional performance-based incentive pool of up to 15,000 USDT0 equivalent in CFX-denominated cashback rewards, tied to eligible Conflux-funded payment activity during the execution period.

Budget Justification

The proposed support package is designed to fund both the technical integration of Conflux eSpace into KazePay’s payment infrastructure and the ecosystem activation mechanisms required to drive sustained real-world adoption over a 12-month execution period.

KazePay is requesting two forms of support:
• 50,000 USDT0 in cash grant funding for technical integration, launch execution, growth operations, and ecosystem activation
• 15,000 USDT0 equivalent in CFX-denominated user incentive support to be distributed as performance-based cashback rewards tied to eligible Conflux-funded payment activity

This structure reflects the practical needs of payment infrastructure adoption. A technically completed integration alone is not sufficient to generate meaningful ecosystem results. User onboarding, search discoverability, traffic acquisition, incentive design, and repeat funding behavior must be activated in parallel with product rollout.

In KazePay’s rollout plan, ecosystem growth activities such as paid acquisition, SEO, AI SEO, and user education begin during the production launch phase rather than only after launch. Likewise, CFX-denominated incentives are designed to be deployed in stages to reward real usage, not passive participation.

Why This Budget Is Justified

This proposal is not structured as a one-time launch campaign. It is a 12-month payment utility rollout designed to create recurring on-chain activity and sustained ecosystem participation.

The cash grant supports the technical and operational execution required to integrate and launch Conflux eSpace within KazePay’s infrastructure. The CFX-denominated incentive pool is designed to accelerate measurable user adoption by rewarding actual transaction behavior rather than passive wallet signups.

This structure ensures that:
• technical delivery is properly funded,
• ecosystem activation begins early enough to support launch,
• and user incentives are tied directly to real funding and spending activity on Conflux.
