First of all, please keep the pos_key file under the pos_config directory properly and ensure that pos_key file is not damaged or lost. After the Block Number reaches 92751800 (around 09:00 Feb. 26th, 2022(GMT+8)), the node operators need to download the package “pos_config” in the link, uncompress the package, and put the files under the run/pos_config folder. You can keep the program running during those operations. Attention: Please finish this step before Epoch Number reaches 37400000 (around 08:00 Feb. 27th, 2022(GMT+8)).
If you have not finished this step before Epoch Number reaches 37400000 (around 08:00 Feb. 27th, 2022(GMT+8)), you need to stop your node first, add pos_config as above, and then restart your node.
Developers using the official RPC will not be affected. (RPC: main.confluxrpc.com)
