Problem statement in the existing Conflux ecosystem and the proposed solution:
The Conflux ecosystem, despite its technical superiority, lacks high-profile RWA (Real World Assets) projects that attract real-world users and brands. On the other hand, luxury and streetwear brands like Allka Studio struggle with counterfeiting and the lack of a liquid, global secondary market for their limited-edition products.
Our solution is the development of the first luxury ‘phygital’ fashion marketplace on Conflux, with FGM acting as the technological arm of the successful design house, Allka Studio. We will tokenize exclusive physical garments as NFTs, enabling global trade and subsequent physical redemption. This solves both problems: it brings a high-impact RWA use case to Conflux and provides Allka with an authenticity and global secondary market solution.
Alignment of the project with the Conflux Network:
Our choice of Conflux as our launch platform is strategic. The network’s high speed and low fees are essential for a seamless user experience in luxury commerce. Furthermore, the development of a native NFT bridge on Conflux aligns perfectly with our future multi-chain vision, allowing these RWA assets born on Conflux to eventually interact with other ecosystems.

We currently operate as a decentralized project but have already taken significant legal steps. The “Allka Studio” brand is officially registered in Argentina, and we are in the process of incorporating the company as a Corporation (“Sociedad Anónima”). We are open to accelerating this process if it is a requirement for the grant.
Technical Introduction
Refer back to problem statement: The objective is to create a verifiable and frictionless bridge between a physical luxury asset and its digital twin, solving the problems of authenticity, ownership, and global liquidity.
Identify existing solutions (if any), and include a feasibility study: Existing solutions are generalist marketplaces like OpenSea, which are not optimized for ‘phygital’ redemption or the exclusive experience of a luxury brand. Our solution is a single-brand marketplace focused on the customer experience, from digital purchase to physical product delivery. Feasibility is high, as the smart contract technology for NFT creation and transfer is mature. The innovation lies in the integration with real-world logistics.
Purpose of the system, Scope of the system, Objectives and success criteria of the project:
Purpose: To develop a DApp platform on Conflux for the sale and management of NFTs representing ownership of physical garments from Allka Studio.
Scope: The system will cover minting, primary market sales, and a redemption mechanism that updates the NFT’s status to initiate the physical shipping process.
Objectives: To launch a functional marketplace, successfully deploy Allka’s “Drop 3” as the first collection, and process physical redemptions securely and verifiably.
Success Criteria: Successful launch of the marketplace on the Conflux mainnet, selling at least 80% of the first drop, and processing 99% of physical redemption requests without errors.

RWA: Real World Asset.
Phygital: A fusion of a Physical product with a Digital representation.
Drop: The release of a limited-edition collection.
Technical Proposal
Functional Flow Summary:
Drop Launch: Allka Studio and FGM announce a new drop. A collection of NFTs is created in our smart contract on Conflux, where each NFT corresponds to a specific physical product.
Primary Sale: Users purchase the NFT on our marketplace. Ownership of the NFT is transferred to the buyer’s wallet.
Secondary Market: The NFT can be freely traded on our marketplace or others, functioning as a liquid asset and a verifiable certificate of authenticity.
Redemption (Off-Chain & On-Chain Process):
The final owner of the NFT initiates the redemption process on our DApp. This is a two-step process to ensure security and privacy:
Step A (Off-Chain Data): The user is presented with a secure, private form within the DApp to enter their shipping information (name, address, etc.). This data is sent via an encrypted connection to our private backend and is never written to the blockchain.
Step B (On-Chain Proof): Only after the shipping data is securely saved, the DApp prompts the user to sign a blockchain transaction. This transaction calls a function that permanently updates the NFT’s metadata, changing its status to “Redeemed” (redeemed: true).
Logistics and the Digital Twin:
The on-chain transaction acts as a public trigger. Our backend system detects this event and securely links it to the private shipping information, generating a complete and verifiable shipping order for Allka Studio’s logistics team. The NFT, now marked as “Redeemed,” remains in the owner’s wallet as the eternal digital Certificate of Authenticity for the physical garment.
