PoS Transition Test

Download the package in the link pos.config and uncompress the package. Put the files under run-pos_config folder.
Before the hardfork upgrade on Nov.2nd at 6:00, you first need to start Fullnode and then add PoS_config for PoS mining.
After the hardfork upgrade on Nov.2nd at 6:00, you first need to add PoS_config and then start Fullnode for PoS mining.
