  • The Foundation generally does not allocate funds for testnet deployments. We strongly encourage projects to prioritize mainnet deployment as part of their first milestone.
  • Consider enhancing your Milestone list with more detailed performance and social KPIs. These should offer a clearer view of the project’s growth path and highlight the direct value it brings to Conflux.
  • Incorporating sub-milestones with aligned KPIs could also improve the structure and clarity of your plan.
  • Could you clarify how your solution is expected to drive TVL and contribute to growth on the Conflux chain?
  • What makes your protocol stand out, and why would users choose it over existing alternatives?
  • Please elaborate on your growth initiatives as well as your long-term sustainability targets and goals.

Please consider incorporating the ‘Launch and Growth’ milestone into your first milestone, with the mainnet deployment included as part of this initial phase, as mentioned in my earlier comments.

Regarding your KPIs, could you clarify what is meant by “concurrent active campaigns” and “completion rate”? These terms are somewhat ambiguous. I suggest adopting KPIs that provide a clearer picture of your project’s growth, such as the number of tokens launched, TVL, number of transactions, monthly unique wallets, website traffic, and key social media metrics. To provide greater clarity on your project’s growth, consider introducing sub-milestones with targeted KPIs.

Additionally, could you elaborate on the marketing initiatives and incentives designed to boost user retention and onboard tokens, particularly in light of the heavy competition in the space? Clear strategies in this area will strengthen your proposal.
