SwaptoX Aggregator – Relocation & Ecosystem Integration Proposal (Conflux Network)

Project Name: SwaptoX Aggregator
Category: DeFi Infrastructure / Swap Aggregator
Developer: Independent (Solo Builder)
Current Deployment: Base Network
Project Overview
SwaptoX is a swap aggregator designed to help users find better swap routes across multiple liquidity sources.
The project has been live on Base for over three months and currently supports more than 600 tokens.

Although SwaptoX is still in an early adoption stage, the swap execution logic has already been thoroughly tested.
Over the past six months, I have executed and verified tens of thousands of swap simulations and real transactions to ensure routing accuracy, execution safety, and contract stability.

SwaptoX is entirely self-developed by me as a solo developer.
From protocol logic, routing engine, UI, to pricing infrastructure, all components were built from scratch over more than one year of continuous development.

Additional Infrastructure Built
In addition to the swap aggregator itself, I independently built a token-to-USD pricing system that maps on-chain token prices to USD values.

This pricing system can later be exposed as an API, allowing:

Ecosystem projects to easily query token USD prices

Derivatives, trading bots, and analytics tools to integrate pricing data

If supported, I plan to relocate SwaptoX to Conflux and make it a native DeFi infrastructure component, providing:

Reliable swap routing

SDKs for ecosystem projects

APIs for advanced trading and derivatives

This would significantly lower the barrier for Conflux ecosystem projects to add swap functionality.

Requested Relocation & Builder Support
I am applying for a small relocation and builder support grant to continue development and integration on Conflux.

The requested support will be delivered through the following milestones:

Milestone 1: SwaptoX Migration to Conflux
Deploy SwaptoX on Conflux network
Integrate Conflux-native tokens and liquidity pools
Ensure stable routing and execution
Timeline: 1 month
Requested support: $5,000

Milestone 2: Swap Mini SDK for Web Integration
Develop a lightweight Swap SDK for websites and DApps
Enable easy swap integration for Conflux ecosystem projects
Timeline: 1 month
Requested support: $5,000

Milestone 3: Public API & Documentation
Develop a public Swap API
Provide full technical documentation
Enable usage by trading bots, derivatives, and advanced applications
Timeline: 1 month
Requested support: $5,000

Long-Term Value to Conflux
SwaptoX is a foundational infrastructure project.
Once the above milestones are completed, SwaptoX will become a complete and extensible product with multiple future expansion paths, including:

Advanced routing strategies

Professional trading tools

Derivatives and automation integrations

This will provide long-term value to the Conflux ecosystem with minimal upfront cost.

Future development plans:

  1. Expanding liquidity sources + building a derivatives module
The derivatives part might include a grid-trading bot or AI-assisted automated strategies—low-risk tools that can generate returns and integrate naturally with a swap aggregator.

  2. Multi-chain expansion and adding “Exact Output” swapping
Many aggregators only support “exact input.”
Exact output means: a user needs to receive exactly 1 ETH—no more, no less—while the system calculates how much USDT is required after routing.

With exact-output support, SwaptoX can unlock powerful use cases like on-chain payments:
For example, if a merchant sells a product for 10 USDT, the user can pay with ETH or any token they prefer—the system routes the swap so the merchant still receives exactly 10 USDT.

  1. Cross-chain bridging
The core mechanism is simple—deposit on one side, withdraw on the other—but it requires large liquidity and solid security.
By that stage, the on-chain payment system will provide valuable experience and liquidity sources that make cross-chain bridging more viable.

Closing
I am an independent developer who has already invested significant time and effort into building SwaptoX.
With Conflux’s support, I can focus on delivering a production-quality swap infrastructure tailored for the Conflux ecosystem.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Dear SwaptoX Team,

Thank you for submitting your application for the SwaptoX Aggregator integration grant. I will review it in detail and follow up with any questions. You can expect to hear back from us on a decision timeline within the coming month.

Thanks again for your interest and for contributing to the Conflux ecosystem.

Best regards,

OK, thanks

Hi @11145 thank you for your patience!

Before we can move forward with the grant evaluation, we would need some additional information to properly assess the technical feasibility and ecosystem impact of the project.

In particular, please update the proposal with the following:

• Measurable KPIs for each milestone (clear success criteria that allow verification of milestone completion)
• Technical architecture overview, including routing logic, on-chain vs off-chain components, and liquidity aggregation approach
• Details on planned Conflux integrations, including which DEXs or liquidity sources will be supported
• Security considerations, such as contract design, audit plans, or other safety measures
• Current usage metrics from the existing deployment on Base (e.g., swaps executed, users, routed volume)
• Code repository / open-source status, if applicable

Once these details are added, we can continue with the review.

Thank you.

Hi @Mate_Conflux , thank you for your detailed feedback.

I’d like to share an update: SwaptoX has officially secured a grant from Rootstock, and we are currently in the final stages of our deployment milestones, scheduled for completion in early April.

Notably, the development of our core SDK and Aggregator APIs is now being fully funded by the Rootstock network. This means our technical architecture has significantly evolved. To ensure the best impact on the Conflux ecosystem and avoid redundant work, we would like to re-define our milestones for Conflux based on these new, battle-tested components.

Once our current work is delivered in early April, I will provide a detailed report from the Rootstock milestones, re-define our roadmap for Conflux, and provide comprehensive answers to all the technical questions you raised above. Thank you for your patience!
