CPU Mining Reward：
Each node that is a trust node in the Oceanus network will be awarded up to 5 FC for each 24-hour time period.
The trustnode reward will be distributed to bounty account.
GPU Mining Reward:
The total prize of GPU Mining Phase IX is 60000 FC.
The duration of Phase VIII is 72 hours. Each node will be rewarded according to their proportion of block generation.
GPU node mining reward = (block amount of the node / the total amount of mined blocks in this phase) * 60000
