Only ConfluxPortal versions after 0.5.11 can directly transfer funds to a new address in base32 format (starting with network ID, e.g., “cfx:a…”; hereinafter referred to as the new address).

:arrow_right: Cobo, Dappbirds, Bitpie, and other wallets DO NOT support direct transfers to the new address yet.
